New Kind of Luck

I discovered a new kind of luck/creepiness/amazingness. I have a lucky cat, frog, and a trophy in my house since they are "good luck". I got a silver watering can and a golden slingshot yesterday but forgot to see K.K. So I time traveled back to yesterday(sue me) so I could see K.K. When the game was loading I thought it would be cool if Apollo moved into my town. I have wanted him in my town ever since I saw the movie. The game loaded and there was a new house next to mine so I thought "cool". IT WAS APOLLO!!! Is it because of the items in my house or pure coincidence. I just find it cool.
