New Game Console - The Jungle

Saw it on rob dyrdek's fantasy factory.

Looks... ok? Doubt it will make much, but we'll see.

It's next in line for the Handheld Hall of Failure.
Featuring your favourite flops, the Virtual Boy, the Gizmondo and the N-Gage!

Seriously though, I can't think of a worse time to be announcing this. Everybody is hyped for the 3DS and people are going to be saving their pennies for that. Although if this thing can run WoW on the go, I can definitely see a market for it. It'll be interesting to see how successful it is.

Also, this might be an overpriced piece of *censored.2.0*. Panasonic's 3DO was like 700 bucks retail.

I'll never buy a console that isn't made by Microsoft, Nintendo, or Sony.

What about Apple? iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad have reasonable gaming librarys.
That's partially because it's really easy to make a an iPhone game as compared to other hand helds, as well as cheaper, as well as most of the games are more cashing in on the novelty of "Hey, I have Street Fighter 4 on my iPhone!" than actual gameplay

Indeed. I actually wanted to learn how to develop for iPhone, but I don't want to pay to both develop and to 'attempt' to get it onto the App Store, particularly when both are free on Android.

Heh.

Also, what about PC games, Injustice?

Apple products are good products, I just wouldn't buy one JUST for gaming.

If I wanted a gaming phone (which I kinda do), then I would... seeing as N-Gage is pretty much dead and has no support and very few games.

Do you guys honestly think that this was made to compete with the big 3/2?
