New Balloon items?

Been seeing that there are new items in the balloon gifts. Do people mean new BALLOON furniture or NEW items? XD

balloons can give other random items in addition to balloon items from what I've heard

not just new new (though possibly that too), but new for balloon presents

I've had a balloon drop a lovely kitchen and another drop an antique clock.
I don't think there is new balloon furniture, but the balloons drop other kinds of stuff now ~

I've also seen a few other posts regarding that on the site, with one person mentioning getting some green furniture (idr what though)

Got a wood floor today. Past practice has been to shoot the balloons down, open the present, then sell to Reese. I REALLY don't like balloon furniture and when I see a piece in a villager's house, I mail them a nice replacement. That usually works but, other times.....

Mailing villagers items doesn't usually work for me.
But I think it's funny you mention not wanting your villagers to have balloon items, cause I'm in the process of making Rudy's house all balloon furniture ~

Strictly just my own opinion but I think balloon furniture is hideous.

But for some reason I think it's cute for Rudy to have it. Certain villagers jive well with certain furniture, y'know?

I'm also trying to get Julian most, if not all, of the princess series. And Stitches the patchwork stuff.

But I have noticed the balloons drop furniture that I hadn't previously owned. Though that may just be coincidence.

I see what you mean and it seems a nice project. It's easy to control my own inventory and layout but those other little rascals can be very recalcitrant at times. Stubborn. Unpredictable. Ornery. Frustrating. There's more but you get my point.....

I've been getting normal items lately! Nothing special, nothing balloon-y.

There's nothing new about the items that the balloon gives, it's just there's now a chance of getting any random common piece of furniture as well as something from the balloon set.
