New 3DS camera is't working

When I access the 3DS camera it crashes and only the outer camera has this problem.

Haven't heard of anyone having this issue before, I would call Nintendo Support and see what they think.

Is it a brand new ds? If I were you I'd send an email to Nintendo support or if it's new and you've got the receipt from where it's from, take it back there and see what they say about it. They may just exchange it for you

I had the same problem, I sent my DS to Nintendo and they fixed it for me.
