Neighbor pictures

You could get them in WW but since I've played ACCF from November 18th.. (I've had my town since January 3rd) I've been friends with a bear in my town.. really good friends, been nice to him and whatnot. Can you get neighbor's pictures in ACCF like you can in WW?

sadly, pictures did not come back in accf
i miss them too, i loved displaying them in my house
