Need town inspiration!!

I am having trouble coming up with color themes for my town!): My two choices so far are girly/pink or more of a nature theme. The thing is, I don't know what color flowers to use for each or what types of trees/ bushes to plant! Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had a difficult time picking colours ... which is one of the reasons I ended up with so many towns!

I think Carnations seem nice Espcially if you go with a girly theme. You could do white and pink and some red carnations about the place

A couple of months ago I started another new town. Most of my towns have bright colour flowers.
In this one I planted a lot of soft pastel flowers. Along the pathway to retail I have purple, pink and white roses.
Also have pink lilies with some white cosmos around city hall, police station and fauna house. I really like the pink lilies and need to grow more for the town.

I haven't planted too many shrubs because I was hunting for summer bugs. Now that's over I've started to collect them. I do like the pink/ white azalea shrubs. The flowers are small.

In one of my other towns I used Jacob's Ladders between 3 set of flowers. All were 3 down. It broke up the pattern of 9 flowers.

A girly town would be really pretty with mostly pink and white flowers with some purple, yellow, and red scattered around the place. Azaleas would be your best bet for bushes (both colors), and maybe some pink hydrangeas too. And I'd try to get peach as your native fruit because they're pink and very pretty!

I love nature themed towns. I think you could go anywhere with that, because any plant you put in would add to the theme. Lots of cedar trees would add to it as well.

For both I would definitely look up lots of towns for inspiration. Check out The Bit Block on Youtube and check out their dream diaries- they're great!

I'm going to suggest: Pink roses, yellow tulips, and white lilies.

I think a girly town would definitely include white and pink flowers of all sorts. Pink and white carnations and roses are common with other colours here and there. I say pink hydrangeas or either white or pink azelea for bushes.

Nature towns would definitely be a lot easier because it will look nature no matter what. For bushes, I suggest sweet ollives and for flowers you could use just about anything but I would suggest using some orange roses with white carnations.
