Need to sell my Perfect Pears (PREMIUM AT RE-TAIL)

So I've got a whole bunch of perfect pears that I want to sell for some Bells, but since I've got room in my inventory I figure I'll hold out until someone has non-native perfect pears as the premium item in their town Re-Tail.

Of course, since I'd be getting such a great benefit from this, whoever allows me to trade can have a full basket of perfect pears, which sold that day could get you an easy 54k!
