Need to move out Cesar!

Right now i need help trying to move cesar out i tried to give him a boot in a letter but he liked it and gave me a useless wardrobe i didnt even need!

any ideas to move him out?

No I think it was added in Wild world because some people were making their neighbors swear and people would get them or something...

Report him for Rude comments (Or whatever) and do it alot of times (thats to both hit him with the net lots and lots of times)

As everyone else has said, smacking 'em round the head with a net and fishing rod a few times, constant reports to the Town Hall, and generally being an ass to him when he talks to you is the perfect recipe to get him out of the town.

Ignore him. It might take a month but he will eventually move.
Thats how I got rid of people in all three.

Don't send him any letters. Animals love letters regardless of what it says, so they will become happy.
Ignore him and be mean to him in any possible way.
It doesn't really matter what you do, eventually they'll want to move out. My neighbor Marcel moved out recently after several tries, and I always treated him as my best friend. >_> Ungrateful b@stard.

I never liked Cesar either... I always send him bad messages about his grandma in the game. lol weird stuff man!
