Cycling Need to Clear Void

Hey everyone. I want to clear my void. From what I understand, I need to travel to a town that has 10 villagers in it, and it gets ride of whatever this void thing is and the villagers I may have inside it. Can someone let me pop in to their town for a minute? I would appreciate it greatly.
