Need someone to test if they can connect to my town

I've been having trouble lately connecting to other peoples towns and people also cannot connect to my town either. I've changed my Internet settings in high hopes that someone could test to see if they could go on to my town.
I will give the person who helped me 2,000 Bells in the game once they have successfully joined.
