I'm not really a pro either, my cycling skills are so bad! I cycle slowly and sometimes get tired and take like 3 days off at a time... ;-;There are a lot of guides online though about how to cycle well. Once I get my dreamies out of my cycling town, I may use this guide here. It seems really good, so much better than my method, that's for sure. I think it's only for if you don't care who moves out though. If you do care who moves out, there's this guide which I used when I cycled before. The guide originated from tumblr which I think is mentioned at the top of the Bell Tree post.
There's also this which should help too. I think the lazy one is missing, but if I remember correctly, it's them talking about some kind of collection they have? I don't know for sure. The way that helps is if someone talks about any of those rumours, then no one is moving. If they say something like "I've heard you're a pro listener" or something, that doesn't count, someone may still be moving.
That's just if you really want to cycle, if you don't that's perfectly fine too!!

I had a brother who did that to me in a old game and i lost all of my items but you can usually get them back. If I ever get Zucker and he moves out I will tell you. also be glad that you are not like the villagers in acnl
