A special Celebi from an event can unlock it. You go to the shrine in Azalea Forest or whatever it's called, and the event starts. Look it up on youtube.

In other words i must get the code on my AR?

I dunno if theres a code, I don't have AR :l Just wait for the event, it'll most likely come out on wifi this year.

Yeah, it'll be like Yellow Forest most likely. It'll be on for a month and you'll just download it, or they might be gay and force you to go to an event at GAME or something, like the the Arceus.

Lol just battling Suicune, got it to like 1hp and just using Vaporeon since suicunes attacks do nothing.
