Need some advice (Pwp)

Today I unlocked the Police Station and in 3 days the Roost will become available. I've been planning a place for them but I don't want to build the Police until the Roost has it's defined spot. I'd like to know your opinion on their current planned placements

Leaf = the area the Pwp will occupy
Rose = placement for hybrids
Tree = a future tree, obviously


The main road in my town had been drawn in red lines. The red area's will be occupied by the Pwp's below.

Roost looks good to me! But i might move the police farther down by the pond. It looks too cluttered and close to the neighbors house where u have it now. But ultimately its up to you.

It dun fit, the house in the back is in the way. So I guess moving down the Police station is the only option.

An updated~

The roost is build so now I'm trying to figure out where the Police station should go. This is the current situation, the main road leading up to the station along with green patterns where the station can stand. The police station will either be build on the left (option 1) or on the right below the roost (option 2). I don't know...
