So, since I finally booted up Noche again, I realized that I have a fully expanded, empty room in my house that I need to do something with. My town isn't necessarily supposed to have a theme, but my mayor's house is supposed to have an old, Victorian mansion type of feel to it. The room that I need to design is on the right of the main room. My rooms are as followed:

Main room: an old-fashioned living room. Unrefurbished rococo set, also includes things such as knight statues, elegant tea set, and the gold house lamp.

Main floor, to the left: a dark, gloomy library and aquarium. Features huge bookshelves, the creepy set, scattered books, a throne, and lots of fish.

Main floor, in the back: An elegant garden set during the midnight hour. Fratures a nighttime setting with the moon in the center, as well as statues, fountains, and the lotus pond.

Top floor: My mayor's parents' room. Features the rococo set refurbished in gothic black. It has a very simplistic design and has pictures of villagers such as Muffy, Ankha, Lucky, etc.

Bottom floor: my mayor's room. It's supposed to have a childish, yet classy, look to it. It features some of the refurbished classic set, a lot of items from Claude's RV, and a lot or writing/stationery materials!

Honestly, if anyone has some insight that seems to match the theme, let me know! I was thinking an old sewing room complete with intricate dresses and the vintage sewing machine/phone.

I really like your sewing room idea. That would be very fitting.

A few other ideas:

- A fancy dining room. Elegant chairs around the table, maybe elegant benches along the wall, candelabra on the table and art work or the fancy frame on the walls.

- A luxurious bathroom. The claw-foot tub, violet screen, bowl sink or retro sink.

I don't know if it would go with your intended theme, but an old laboratory might be an okay fit. Perhaps one of the previous owners was a mad scientist and the room was simply never renovated for whatever reason.

I love the idea of a living room or bathroom as well as a tea room/parlor. Another idea could be a grand ballroom, with multiple Beautiful Statues/Venus de Milos, refurbished rococo or other fancy chairs around the perimeter, a grand piano and cello, and perhaps fancy dining/dinner tables (maybe refurbished large alpine tables with a custom design to look like a lacy tablecloth?) with matching chairs.

I like the idea of an elegant dining room. I think the gorgeous set would look good with your theme.
