Need PSP help

When ever I go on Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops or Portable Ops+, it comes up saying I can not create a game, then it says an error code like P519 or something like that, why does it say this and how can I fix it?

This kind of depends on what type of router you have, because it happens to me sometimes to.

You might need to set your psp up with a static IP connection , then DMZ it.

If u cant connect to the web at all like it wont let u save an access point reset your settings (default settings) and it should work...happened to me.

I connect to the interweb and all, It just wont let me create a room
