Need Photoshop Help!!! (WILL PAY)

I know this forum is for animal crossing general discussion. Long story short, I’m a photoshop noob. However, I designed an unofficial Animal Crossing Monopoly board for my boyfriend and I to enjoy!

The issue here is that they denied all my hard work because I tried to use the official animal crossing logo, which I can’t for copyright reasons. I found this link: https://www.deviantart.com/mylifeasstan/art/Animal-Crossing-font-tutorial-261819674

Is there anyone that can help me with this project? I’m totally willing to pay tbt or any other in game currency for the help! I would like it to say Monopoly with the new horizons tag in the top corner to say ACNH! Let me know if you can help!

And about the photoshop-noob thingy: it's not you. The tutorial has a few tips which came in handy, but after all you don't get a result close to the AC logo.
