Well I bought both a new beginning and a tale of two towns brand new at gamestop. No codes with them.

Was the game SEALED when you bought it from gamestop lol sometimes they don't give you plastic sleeved sealed games

There's always the chance some games just don't have them. The cases come with like 2 things inside. I definetly didn't get em.
