Hiya,

NEW PROBLEM!!!!!

The laptop i Bought from Heartfout (not the one i was talking about earlier as that was a freebie) has screwed up.
I basically installed Kaspersky 2010 and it was scanning/repairing and it came across some threats, it said it'd deleted them etc and asked to reboot the pc.
When my sister did this and tried to log in it logged in, showed her desktop then INSTANTLY logged her back out (no icons showed). And i REALLY REALLY cant return the laptop and i want to leave pc repairs as a last resort.
Can someone give me some help to sort it out?

ALSO: Dont put 'delete system.32' as this is a serious matter.

You can still uninstall the games by doing that.
I cant, it requires me to log into Steam to uninstall the programs.

Fine. Just send a confirmation email to whatever email he used to register with steam (for a password change of course).

If you can't even remember that, then there is no way to remove those games.
