Need help

I don't understand villager plot reset marshal plot is in my town but I don't like where he's plot is so how do I change it ?

If you've started up as an existing character there is no way to change it I'm afraid...

Ah if you haven't, then just quit your game and make another character and see where his plot is then... Rinse and repeat. Once you find him in a spot you like, save your new character and you're done! You can always delete that character.
