Need Help With TS Upgrade!!!

My city's not old enough to know exactly how many more visits I need, but I know it's less than 40. I have my first badge that you get after 50, and I can safely say I've had at least 10 visits after I've gotten it. So, I'm thinking I'm right around 60.

Of course, you only have to help me for as long as you think you'd be able to. I can pay you back with visits, or if you'd rather TBT or IGB I can do that also. Then there's always if you'd feel like helping a guy out for free lol jk

Anyway, let me know how many times you think you could visit, and whatever you'd like in return. Thanks!
