Need help with the development permit

My approval rating is stuck at 57%. I've donated tons things to the museum, talked to villagers, and watered flowers. I also posted on my bulletin board, changed my town tune and flag, and sold things at Re-Tail. Can someone help me? Thanks~

I think sending letters helps, so does helping villagers with tasks. c:

Doing favors for villagers will make the points go up fast.

Letters and favors if you'd like! Recycling trash is a big one... But it can be very hard to increase the percentage until more animals move in. If I remember correctly, there's a limit on the percent based on number of villagers-- but I MIGHT be remembering wrong

Just keep doing favors for villagers. When I was stuck at 47%, that was the only thing that would make the rating go higher. Good luck.
