Ok so. I was able to snag a new switch (let’s call it Switch B) lite that I want to make my main. I wanted to give my current older switch (let’s call this switch A) to my son. Knowing that 2 facts with switches (and this game): 1. If on family plan you can’t play the games at the same time, 2. You cannot transfer your island save data (thanks a lot Nintendo)
I wanted to build the switch B with my current account (moving all of my other save data) and Switch A with a brand new account (yes I know I have to buy the games again) so we can play games together or separately. I wanted to start a new island on Switch B and start sending stuff over from my existing island (on Switch A).
I am getting all turned around in figuring out how to do this (or if it is possible). How would I do this in the proper order?
