Need help with obtaining badges

At the moment, I'm trying to get the billionaire badge and weeds buster
For the billionaire badge, the process is pretty simple, I'm at 80million rn but I'd rather not buy more for now so I'll just borrow about 20million igb, wait for Phineas to come around with a badge and I'll give it back afterwards

As for the weeds badge, if you have a town with a lot of weeds (preferably a cycling town) it would be much appreciated if you let me come by to pick the weeds
