Need help with building The Roost Cafe!

So, basically, I don't really know where I should put my cafe.

There's no PWPs besides a fountain right in front of my town hall.
My town is treeless and plantless since I'm planning it out.

X indicates villagers that I am not keeping.

Help would be appreciated.

Maybe that area by where the house with the cross in it is? That way it will be handy if people visit your town, plus it's in a nice calm area

Which house?
There are multiple houses with crosses in them.

I think I would put it below the train station, along the horizontal stretch of river. IRL I like to get coffee, and sit on a bench near the water.

i would put it here:



why? because you could put maybe a fountain infront of it, maybe add a few trees, some flowers and a bench so you can sit on it and drink coffee XD that is what i did with mine but idk, its up to you
