Pokémon Need help to transfer a Pokemon!

Hi everyone!

I am no hardcore Pokemon gamer (just the casual, enjoyment gaming) so I don't have Pokemon Bank (I do not play that extensively so I think it's not worth it for me).

However, I have been breeding Minccino with Steel Tail and Aqua Tail on my Pokemon X and I'd like to transfer it to Pokemon AS. Could anyone help me to take my Minccino from Pokemon X and trade it to my Pokemon AS?
