Need help identifying an item

There's a link to the image. Id like to know what the item on top of the table is. I tried searching moridb in all the relevant categories but I couldn't find it :-( I saw this in someone's dream town (on a Tumblr reblog from a friend's blog) so there's no way I could have found the item name. Any help is appreciated!
