Need feedback about a particular area in my town

Would anyone be willing to visit my dream address and give advice? Behind my coffee shop is a little park with a fountain. The fountain is surrounded by roses in either a red/white/blue or a red/gold/blue pattern and I can't decide which looks better. I'd also like to know if this park looks awkward being right behind the Roost.. and anything else that looks bad in my town.

I hate where the Roost is so much, why did I have to put it in the middle of a big chunk of land? ;_;

I put my Roost smack in the middle of town and now I cant build a bridge fml
