I need a snowman who can take my snowflakes and reward my secondary character, Kathy, with whatever prize would be made available.

My previous boardings have been with my primary character, Mayor Jill, so this would be a first with me.

"Kathy" has a total of six snowflakes.

Is there anyone who can help?
