Need a few items for indefinate amount of time. (restarting)

After a few weeks in my new town, I've decided to restart.
There a too many rocks and I like all the buildings in a central location.
I doubt there's more than 2 dozen items, and I need my bells held as well.
I'm not ready to move stuff out yet, I'm trying to give the marshmallow squirrel away before I chuck the town.
