Whitney wanted to move.
I need someone who can keep her until I cycle through the 16 villagers. If you can do this, I'll be extremely grateful.

Sucks that that happened. Same thing happened to me, but with Fauna. I already had like four villagers who were staying permanently though and so it would have been too much hassle to try to get her back. I'd help you out if I didn't have Whitney myself.

You should get another time traveler to help you so they can TT one of their villagers out. Then they can hold Whitney. Or just find someone with 8 or less villagers

Next, you'd come to my town.
Then, you'd convince her to come to your town.
Then she'll move in.

Same thing happened to me with Marcie. Same situation, too. Really sucks especially if you think you're friends with them. I also wish I could help, but my villager limit is full, too.
