Napoleon Fish, helpppp.

I haven't caught a napoleon fish yet and I saw on one website that it isn't in the ocean after mid-August.
So I have two questions:
Has anyone caught a napoleon fish in the last couple of days?
Can you catch them on the island?

I haven't done a lot of fishing on the island since probably late July, but I've got probably at least seven or eight napoleon fish on the island.

I caught one on the mainland yesterday, so I think they're in season all month. (what site are you talking about?)

I haven't fished for a few days, but the last time I caught one was the last day I fished. And yes, I'm sure you can easily find them on the island. Their shadows are similar to a blue marlin's; it's large and the nose looks sort of pointy.
