Name one thing you like about Nh that's better than nl

No more PWPs where you have to trap your villagers until they suggest them!!!
thank god i dont need to subject my uchis to unnecessary jail time anymore just for them to tell me "hey how about a bus stop"

(I do miss the PWPs especially the vineyard and bus stop but hey, putting furniture outside kinda beats having to wait every 5 mins for villagers to hopefully suggest a PWP)

I actually really like this thread because all I see people do sometimes this year this game down when really, it’s amazing!

I actually really like the crafting and customizing in this game. When I saw it in the trailer, I felt intimidated, but it’s so simple and effective; I love that items like the Zodiac set aren’t tied to Spotpass anymore. Also just the fact that you can place furniture outside is an amazing feat.

I like that i can go search fo villagers myself in game, unlike nl where you had to invite them from others, get amiibo, or wait for a random move in if no one you liked showed in the campsite.

i love new leaf, but the lighting looks so nice in new horizons. also that villagers won’t move without you telling them to.

Many others in this thread have repeated what I'd say improved in New Horizons (graphics, complete landscape customization, crafting, and even the increased number of design slots), but the one thing I thought of when choosing this thread was…
I also like that there's no more stinging jellyfish when you dive.
…THIS.

I've seen videos of swimming in NL (for the PWP glitch) and it sounds annoying to have to deal with constant jellyfish that just want to sting you! In New Horizons, that's one thing I noticed that's missing, so now I can swim around anywhere and even do reactions while swimming. The only jellyfish in NH are there moon jellyfish, which don't sting!

The graphics definitely! When I first played NL, I was already blown over by the in-game graphics but NH is on a whole different level. Though at the moment there aren’t much item sets available compared to previous games (or even compared to pocket camp 😭) they look better in NH. At least almost all haha.

One other thing is being able to decorate outside, put down paths and reposition villager homes. Also!! Terraforming!

The only thing I really miss about NL is how villagers can come over your house.

i love how the villagers look and act in this game! how they sing, wear different outfits (like workout outfits, rain coats and not just umbrellas, etc), work out, zoomies... they’re just all so precious!! and the lil toe beans that the cats and wolves and dogs have i-
they did really good with making the villagers super cute in this game. even villagers that i never really liked before i ended up loving, like cookie and walt! 🐕 🦘

I have to agree with this. The animals are more alive!!

Only one thing?
I'd find it very hard to ever go back to playing the previous games now because of the amount of freedom you are given in NH with placing things outdoors and organizing the houses and such.
