I edited the rules again slightly to allow lurking for Tier 4 and 5.
Gonna list a few things off though just to be sure everyone's on the same page:

-You may lurk, but only for Tier 4 and 5 villagers
-You may reserve any villager Tier 2 and below currently in town (you'll have 24 hours and pay buyout prices when they're in boxes)
-No buyouts or reservations on Tier 1 villagers

I also wanna say that I've had a really great time helping people find their dreamies~
