My villagers don't seem to get sick anymore?

Sickness was removed entirely in the Welcome Amiibo update, because of a glitch where sick villagers would end up moving out without informing the player. Now the only real purpose medicine serves is healing bee stings, which is purely cosmetic anyway.

wow, it's interesting that they would remove that feature entirely rather than trying to fix it, unless maybe they couldn't? taking care of sick villagers was always cute imo
