It took me a while to find a good town layout where the ramp from the dock goes straight up vertically to retail and the new camp ground. I also wanted a bridge in the middle with the town plaza in the middle and next to the town hall.
So I got a decent town layout, not the best but good enough. Everything went good so far or so I thought..... Ugly villagers and cherry of all fruit. I had cherry in 3 play through of Wild World. Why do the gods only bestow cherry for me?
None of my villagers are memorable and are all mostly ugly except Marshall who is short. I have two of the ugliest villagers in any of my town. A lion name Bud (dark skin tan) that doesn't have eyes, a dog name Benjamin that need to be shot like Old Yeller (cause he a golden retriever too). Another animal with no eyes in Peaches the horse or donkey which I can' tell. i have old Hamphrey who is old. I have Puddles, a pink frog and I hate frog. I have Noami an Asian cow.
In short, here are my New leaf villagers: Hamphrey, Noami, Bud, Benjamin, Marshal, Peaches, and Puddles. None are memorable, two don't have eyes, and the rest of them are either old or ugly.
I really wish you could either A: copy your town layout and keep resetting until you get your perfect starting five villagers or B: Let you have multiple save files (you can play the game longer per session).
So those are my villagers. What are you guys thoughts on them and if you have a town full of uglies, please share them as well.
Also while my town is practical for money making and convenient, it not a pretty town layout in the real world (not looking at the map).

I started with some villagers I didn't like or thought were ugly lol I got rid of them eventually.
