Ok, so the first thing I noticed was the path. Using a lot of path is fine, but I would try to break it up a little with different designs. Seeing a bunch of brick everywhere with no breaks seems a little overkill to me, though I understand you're hiding the grey stone. I like how the paths are lined with bushes in places, but your town can only handle about twenty or so in a row I think, so breaking it up with flowers might be nice too. The hybrids that you have look nice, and are placed well. The rooms in Rachels home are pretty sparse, though I think the main room is coming along pretty well. Moving towards the right, the village becomes very sparse and empty, so putting in flowers and public works would be helpful. The other two houses are small, and it doesn't look like you've done anything with them yet. Looking at the two characters, however, I almost picture them to be twins, so it could be fun to play with that in your house ideas. I can see you have something under constuction below the river, but I don't know what it is. Your paths also disappear below the river, so you might want to spend some time laying them down there. You have a lot of space in your town to work with, which is good, but without knowing exactly what your thoughts are, I can't really give you feedback or ideas on what to do with them. If it was my town though, I would work on landscaping with flowers, adding in public works (maybe make like a park, or zen garden, or even a more developed "city like" area), and break up the brick paths with other patterns. I hope this helps!
