Shiny Ditto Easter Egg
Hiya all~
So I haven't had much time to play on new leaf in a while, and wanted to go back on to it. Although,I've noticed, when I'm walking around, my character is walking really slow, even though I am either pressing (B) when walking or moving my thumb stick.
Was wondering if anyone had this experience or has an idea what's wrong with it? Was worried if it meant anything bad at all.

Any help is appricated! Thanks for reading!

I've experienced this before. Unfortunately, it got worse and now my New 3DS XL drifts horribly. Yes, like the joycons for the Switch, except it's actually worse.

Hi, have you tried playing other games on your 3DS? It might be a hardware issue with the circle pad.

Only really Pokemon, but its been rare for both as I've been super busy and hadn't had time to play. It works fine when I am playing pokemon but with newleaf its just slow or drifts.
Hardware issue? there isn't anything I can do about that by myself is it?

Hopefully mine won't get worse, but it seemd to only do it on newleaf.

It could very well be a worn out circle pad I've replaced 2 or 3 of them over the years as they are super susceptible to breaking. They aren't too expensive to buy and there are several tutorials online on how to replace them.

Mine did that for a while, and I thought it was the dreaded drift of doom. However, it was because the rubber ring thing under the joystick was getting stuck. I just cleaned under the ring with a q tip with some alcohol and it fixed it :) make sure not to push any dust inside! Hope this helps!

Thank you for info! It's possible, still feels alright for me, my older 3ds ones actuallt broke off. I'll keep this in mind though!

Ah that can also be a possibility! Thank you for commenting, I'll keep this in mind and see about cleaning it! Thank you!

This is actually happening on my switch right now. I know this is a 3ds thread, but how do I fix it?
