I got REALLY lucky this time. All but three of my New York villagers are Tier 4 or higher.

A couple of days ago, I got the funds together for a tower, following Diana's suggestion. It's located in the north west corner of New York.

Today I got the golden watering can for holding perfect town status for 15 days in a row. Also, today we held a ceremony for the new instrument shelter.
