Derwin, a neighbor in my town just asked me to give him a horse mackerel. When I gave it to him, he gave me something that made me laugh. It was a hammerhead shark! This has made me create a theory. I gave Derwin a four-leaf clover a few days ago, and I have been catching rare insects and fish, and many other things are happening. My theory is that you have more luck if you give a neighbor a four-leaf clover.

I actually did just capture a shark right after he gave me the hammerhead shark. :)

Anyway how did you give the four leaf clover to your neighbor. Did they ask for it???

Actually, I gave it to him in a letter, because he was thinking of moving away from my town. Now, he is not thinking of moving away. :)

Here's one I encountered once:

It was a Flea Market day and I had a Coelacanth in my room. I let a neighbor buy it. I sold it for 30,000 bells although I probably could have gotten a little more for it. After that was done, I had gone to Ables and bought a Jester shirt and was on my way to Nooks to sell some items. The neighbor that just bought my Coelacanth stopped me and asked if I wanted to trade my Jester shirt for the Coelacanth. I made the trade and sold it, making 45,000 bells on the same fish.

There is no proof so this case is over. This is real or not.
I love how this comes from a guy named "Mr. Hobo". No proof doesn't always need to be present. The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence. :P
