That sucks. My parents are really supportive of my brother and I's addiction to video game things. They know that E3/directs are like the super bowl for us! The know what amiibos are, video game characters, the stories their in, etc. My dad is actually the one who got me into video games at the age of 4 when he bought us a Super Nintendo. c: He doesn't play now, but he was the one who threw the gasoline on the fire. xD He would buy me new games/systems like when they launched. I had no idea of them at the time, though. Like I wasn't up to date on what was going to be released, but he was and would always make sure I had it. It was awesome! I don't know if any of you have ever played Sonic Adventure 1 & 2, but he actually bought those for me because he thought they looked cool, I remember not being too impressed with the demo they had at Target of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, but he bought them anyways and omg. They are still some of my top favorite games of all time. Wow, I really rambled on here. Anyways, it just makes my heart sad when parents don't support their kids who play video games. Video games are so amazing and a lot of people thing they are lame or you are wasting time/money on them. A lot of them are like reading books, but you get to act out the dialog. Plus not to mention the community of people who enjoy the games! The ACNL community is my favorite. It's the sweetest of them all~
