you change it by editing the board wr-oh for goodness sake, If I join and become an admin I could do it. (along with basicly anyone on this forum)

Well you can always learn how to make a skin like I did, but it could take some time.

i know but what im going by like the background i want to change it by puting a picture of a computer animation drawing and it has a url code ect on it
but i dont know how to do it
