My first Halloween!

Tip:Wear your old expendable clothes. I went through Halloween about a month ago and lost my shirt. Literally! I also lost my pants, shoes, hat, patience and dignity. (Well, what little I actually possess) This is a holiday that requires that you pay attention. Good luck.
 
This is my upcoming second halloween and if you want all the furniture you'd need quite a lot. Also, you should definitely get some unwanted clothes (including shoes and socks just in case) for when you want the rags for a collection or just in case they harm your character's person so don't wear that cool witches costume if you don't want it to be taken by rags! It's one of the most fun events beside Toy Day I think (i haven't experienced toy day because i normally hiatus November - February lolol)
 
Don't have anything valuable in your pockets and I believe they can take things from your letters...? Have fun! ^^
This Halloween will be my 4th :D
 
they cant take from your letters so make sure you store your lollipops and masks there and make quick stops at your house every now and then since you cant hold everything in your letters

This will be my 4th Halloween! Like everyone else said, wear QR code clothes or clothes you don't mind getting ruined because the villagers will turn them into patched clothes. It's actually quite fun looking for a QR code costume, there's a ton of really cool ones! Also, don't carry anything important in your pockets, because they might switch them for other items. Hide candy in your letters so that they won't take it! :)

Wow, thanks for the heads up on the clothes, everyone! And for posting this littletwinclouds! I'm always wearing my jeans from Gracie and I would hate to lose my 1 pair. xD
 
This is my first Halloween too! Is it weird that its giving me anxiety? I want to get all of the pieces so badly, but it sounds like a lot of semi-confusing work... plus idk if Ill even be free that night. :/
 
I have yet to experience a Halloween, and I've been playing for about 3 years. Maybe this year is the year.
 
Well maybe you can just time travel back a day if you're busy on Halloween. That way you can experience it if you were busy on Halloween :)
 
Make sure to talk to jack without anything on your head and no candy so that he will give you his orange pumpkin head. The others can be obtained from villagers just by losing their games with nothing on your head. The lollipops are the best to collect as you can get a piece of the creepy set from jack each time. You can get them from scaring villagers in their houses. It's best to follow an online guide to see what scares which villagers (bear cubs are listed as teddy bears, I made a mistake with that last time).
