I wake up and my mom tells me he was put down just earlier... No wonder I heard howling noises in my dreams just before I woke up...

He was a fox terrier, who was named Terry, and he was my first dog ever. We bought him when he was just a puppy, and when I was, what, 2? Been with us ever since... He was 14. He was blind and became less and less active during the last few months, so..........

I know how you feel. I've had about 6 cats, (not at the same time, 3 at most) and we've had to put down 2 of them, and we gave away 3 (they were stressed in our house or somethin).

The 2 cats we have I love to death and if anything were to happen I'd go insane...

I've had 3 cats and 3 dogs in total. We had to put one cat down many years ago, and now Terry...

But the worst part is, my Irish Setter has a weird growth on his leg that he's gonna get removed in a week or two... but the bad part is that it may be cancerous, and if it is, we'll have to put him down too....

I've had three dogs, only one now, though. I know how you feel, even though none of mine were around that long.

Sorry to hear that.

:(

I've only had one animal die, it was last year, but he didn't have him put down, we just stayed with him until he died.

I would never want to wake up to that.

:'( That stinks, horribly. I don't have to worry about any of our parrots passing away anytime soon. (We don't have dogs/cats) African Gray's live to be about 50.

Oh Bul... I'm sorry to hear that.
I have a dog, who is close to 14.
I'm really sorry.

My first dog, Maggie, was put down when I was two... Now we have a golden named Bailey who loves me. She follows me around all the time.

:(

Sorry to hear that... I remember when we talked on Skype and he was barking... he was a cool dog.

I had a Chinese Sharpie named doobie (referring to Scooby-Doo if you ever heard the theme song.) We had to put done when I was 10. I'm 13 now coming into eighth grade.

That was me <.< when you barked the dog said nothing and when I barked it started barking really loud. But yeah that sucks.

I'm really sorry to hear about your dog.

My dog had a lump last year, but it was able to removed successfully and now she's full of beans again. I hope your Setter pulls through like mine did and that he has a long and happy life.
