My dog owned my neighbor's dog

I have two puppies and they love to be outside now that it's warm. They are seriously out there like all day chasing each other, eating sticks and poop, etc. Anyway, my neighbor's dog came into my backyard. One of my puppies (not sure what kind, looks like a pitbull) is big / tough and always wants to protect the smaller one. The first thing she did was lay down like some sort of jungle cat about to pounce. Then it charged at this little bull dog that came into the yard.

Now a little history... I used to have another dog that died a year ago. This dog was traumatized for life when the same neighbor's dog attacked her and bit her. She was scared of other dogs ever since and it's kind of a sad story. She got beat up by the neighbor's dog.

So back to the story. She charges this mean little bull dog and the thing just freaks out and starts yelping and tries to run back. My dog is just staring at it real still with it's chest out, not moving. The neighbor's dog tries to come back and my dog is still standing there still. But then it get's too close for my dog and she jumps on the thing and she just completely owns it. It was OK though, my dog didn't bite it... just pinned it to the ground while growling, lol. It was really scared and yelping and ran back to mommy.

My dog Ralph (Named by Anna) is only a year old and he is huge. We have two other dogs and when they get near him, he does a really deep, loud bark that makes the other two put their tails between their legs and flee.

I have a Chow-Chow, one of the worlds most aggressive breeds. My dog is a sweetheart but when it comes to strangers that randomly walk across for a walk around the neighborhood she growls and barks. She is like a guard dog to my family. Even though we call her a cat dog lol. Why we call her that is she acts like a ordinary cat almost. She doesn't use the litter box but sometimes eats out of it. (TO MUCH INFO IKR?!) Then she paws like a cat, eats dog food and cat food. I posted a few puppy pictures awhile back but may update and show you guys her adulthood.
