I agree with FriendlyVillager, who cares how the OP got it thrown away. It got thrown away and that's extremely sad. I would be FURIOUS if someone threw away my one and only cartridge. ;^; Force him to buy you a new one, he owes you! And tell him to ALWAYS do the smart thing and ASK about what he's about to throw away instead of being careless about it.

Eh, I still have my main one. I'm just pissed because I had marshal on the one that got tossed. But it's just pixels and he bought the game. He's thrown away stuff like this before (both from me and my mom)
If he bought the game, he's throwing away his own money. You can't just pay $30+ and throw it away unless it's edible or supposed to be disposed.
Nah, I agree it sucks hard that it got tossed away. I think most people are just shocked you'd take you DS in the bathtub more than anything, not that we/they don't sympathize.
