Current T:G Rate on Flight Rising is 1:650, so that is how I got the T:G Rate on here after noting TBT:T.

Collectables will be valued at a 125% of the highest price on the [Price Guide].
Example - Blue Balloon's range is 2,000-3,000, but I appraise at 3,750 bells. This rate is NOT firm at all and may be negotiated via PM, but I would like to use it as a baseline.
