My Blue Roses Were Stolen

I have many reasons I don't trust people and this would be one of them. I met a Japanese player on Club Tortimer and she was pretty friendly. However, she wasn't the one who stole my blue roses, it was her friend. I visited this girls town and it was really nice. While there, a friend of hers came over and BFF'd. I go back to my town and invite them in and the friend ended up taking my blue roses while I gave a tour to the girl I met on Club Tortimer. This is why we can't have nice things.

Number 1 reason I never use Club Tortimer. It's full of people you can't trust. I'm sorry you lost your roses. ; n ;

That's horrible. I've been lucky enough to never encounter anyone like that. The worst I've had is a girl trying to stop me from leaving but luckily I hadn't really done anything yet (like purchase an item, or catch bugs/fish) so I just flicked my wifi off and returned home.

Man, sorry this happened. If I were you I would deleted both there codes and remove them from your best friends if they are on there. I normally don't trust people on the Club Tortimer, and I never add them to my game/3DS. But I have meet some nice people and given them 1 or 2 blue roses each myself, some bells, and have received. However most I don't trust a cent to lol.

How many blue roses did you lose?

I never leave CT friends alone in my town for that exact reason. Although, I did make a great US friends on the island, and he introduced me to his large group of other US friends. I trusted them all, so leaving them alone in my town wasn't an issue at all.

In future, you should follow them around and flick the wifi switch if you catch them. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Yes, You can meet some really nice people on ct.I have a couple of friends from there that I trust in my town.We have been friends for a long while now, and always help eachother out.But, before I knew how well I could trust them, I gave them tours of my town, and they did the same for me.I also base my trust on what their town looks like.If they have lots of hybrids(including blue roses)then they probably don't want mine,I also only befriend ct people that are around age.

I'm not insulted. I generally don't trust people in person, so perhaps I shouldn't online.

Most people I have met on Club Tort were pretty trusting. I could leave them unattended and nothing would be gone. But there is a first time for everything, I suppose.

I grew suspicious about the other girl and I guess it's really my fault for allowing it.

Oh no! This has happened to me, the exact same way as yours except for the tour part. I was brbing because I had to eat dinner, and when I was back I was disconnected. I had no Idea that a few of my flowers were stolen or trampled until the next day. But it wasn't just the Blue Roses that were stolen (Only one was stolen) I got other hybrids stolen as well. They were Blue Pansies, Black Tulips, and Pink Lilies. This was my first time I've ever had my hybrids stolen and it was horrible! Yet somebody left a Purple Pansy somewhere in my town.

The number one rule to Club Tortimer is, "Don't ever trust anyone." I exchanged FC's with two girls younger than me, and I had fun in their towns, but I'm pretty reluctant to have them visit my town. Mine is much more developed than theirs, and I can imagine one of them stealing one of the hybrids I have.

am sorry to hear that they stole your flowers, i have had that happen in my first town more than once. the second town (my current one) i guard so heavily with new people around. i will not be afraid to flick that wifi switch if they are too quiet and can't be found. all things being you can't let a bad apple spoil the game for you...eh?
