My bedroom walls..?

So I've recently been hearing some wierd crawling noises from my walls, and it is very strange. But let me give you a little background; my bedroom was at first a laundry room. How? On one of my walls there is a slight outline of a door. So as you can tell, the walls are very hollow.
There is also a chimmney in my room, but don't think I have a fireplace because I don't. Anyway, on one side of my chimmney there is a slight opening only a few centimeters wide...
Now I'll just say it again; what do you think is in my walls? It makes me think it's some kind of insect and its coming from the area around the chimney.

That is what I thought at first, then I got used to it. I've been hearing the wierd noise for about a week now and even stranger is that I only hear it at night... it must be nocturnal. I just wonder if it will ever come out through the crack in the wall.

But the thing is that the other side of the wall is a hallway so it isn't very thick. I also don't know how something can survive in a wall... Maybe it's in the chimney?

that sounds like my mouse situation about a year ago; not saying that you have a mouse problem though

i would be in the downstairs room of my house on the computer and would hear weird scratching noises coming from the closet in that room, but it would only happen at night. so like a few days later, i was sitting at the computer and the mouse walks over my foot and scared the living *censored.2.0* out of me lol.

We actually had a mouse in our house once. It lived in my room for sometime in the heating vents or something like that and then one day I saw a shadowy figure in the dark when I was in bed. Well the lights were out but I'm sure I saw something.
Later on my family actually caught a mouse behind our TV stand. I was suprised there really was a mouse. :\

Mine was haunted the first year we moved into it(pretty sure). Now it's friends with us (I know. Weird) and it still kinda has a "spooky vibe" to it.

lol yea that actually happened to me twice when we had that problem, except i wasn't in my bed.

when i first told my parents about the mouse, neither one of them believed me, and it made me even madder when they didn't find out until like 2 weeks since the day i had seen it, when i had seen the thing like at least 10 times. but eventually i caught it with a net that i take to the beach every year (lol), and took it outside a few blocks from our house and let it go. and like 4 days later, we had the little ass back in our house... but my dad eventually smashed it with his hand one day lol. it was pretty insane :gyroidsideways:

It's some kind of rodent, whether it be a mouse, chipmunk, mole, etc. I get them in my walls all the time. I can hear them run across my ceiling and there was this really annoying one a couple of months ago that would scratch at my wall during the night. But don't worry, it will soon find it's way out .... or die. haha. It's not that big a deal, a lot of people get little creatures in their walls. If it is very persistent though I suggest you get a good outdoor cat because it will hunt and kill all the rodents near your home. My cat helps out a lot by killing unwanted animals near our house.

I had a rat in my garage and we heard those same noises. So we set a trap and a couple of days later, the sounds stopped and the rat died...
