I'm experienced with babies. (I have a two-year old brother and a bunch of cousins his age.) Put on Dora or Diego, or try doing stupid things to make him laugh. Or if you want him to go to sleep, put him in a crib or something, give him some safe baby formula, and put on a baby show for him. That's what I do to my little brother if I want him to calm down.
