Pietro and Cyd sing all the time on my island! Pietro was just dancing in the plaza tonight actually, lol.

Roscoe and Tangy LOVE to sing! I catch them both singing in random spots on my island but Tangy will sometimes draw a crowd in front of RS w her singing

They all sing! I don't know if some do it more than others, but I've caught cranky Peewee jamming out to Bubblegum several times. He does seem to stop abruptly when I walk into frame, though.

Cyd sings a lot, but I'm not sure a heavy metal elephant grandpa with a VERY weird singing voice is what you're looking for Cranky singing sounds so different from their normal talking voice, it's a bit disturbing.

Sally, Static and the Marshal on my island also sings a lot more than the rest. The others only do it if they are next to a radio or doing a performance with two sitting down watching them or as a group of three in front of the Town Hall.
